This part is not a masterpiece, but you can see it, the main thing is not to expect any discoveries of the genre from it. The illogicality of the plot, the transformation of a maniac into a superman, which catches up with the walking pace of escaping victims and much more - all this is present in large numbers. And all this could be forgiven if the first-class thriller series did not shy with the usual slasher of those years. The series changed the atmosphere and thus lost half of its charm. But despite this, it's a good film at a time to relax after a hard day.
