The best way to get anything is to give out such a thing. If you want to be loved,show love to people, if you want to be respected, show an undiluted respect not only to the elders but to everyone.
The fact that you have everything you need shouldn't be a reason to disregard anybody. Treat everybody that comes your way as king.
