Hola amigos mi nombre Livio Capella, un apasionando de la vida, un humanista , un docente innovador , un creativo, un venezolano mas que como a muchos me toco emigrar debido la situación sociopolitica existente en mi país Venezuela.Me ha tocado vivir en diferentes países de Latinoamerica y en cada país he vivido y sentido la experiencia de ser un ciudadano del mundo .
