  1. Rinse and soak rice for 30 minutes. Drain water and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic.

  3. Add diced chicken or meat and cook until browned.

  4. Add vegetables of your choice and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add rice to the pan and stir to combine.

  6. Add water or chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.

  7. Let the rice cook for 18-20 minutes or until fully cooked.

  8. Once done, fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
