Yes, this is absolutely true. In one of the CIA documents I read, it mentioned King Croesus of Lydia being one of the first instances of a military application for remote viewing in 550 BC. He enlisted the assistance of oracles, first testing their clairvoyant abilities, and selecting a true seer to help increase his intelligence program against his Persian enemies.

I agree that humankind has forgotten some sacred knowledge and awareness of our true potential.
