株式会社リミックスポイントは19日、EVO FUND向けの第三者割当で第24回新株予約権（125,000個）を発行して最大約56億円を調達すると発表したそうで調達資金のうち44億200万円は、25年6〜8月にかけてビットコイン（BTC）取得に充当する計画らしいのですがしかしリミックスポイントはきちんと利益を出している企業なのでそれだったらその利益からBTCを購入した方が良いのではないかと思ってしまいます。

Of the funds raised, 4.42 billion yen is planned to be used to acquire Bitcoin (BTC) between June and August 2025.
