The Bible tells the story of Noah and the ark. Those are real events. Afterwards God miraculously undid the damage from the Flood. The animals were multiplied and put back on the earth where God wanted them.
You can't take events from the Bible and arbitrarily see they didn't happen if the Bible says they did.
