I just had a chance to bump into your publication moment ago and I must fully agree, that healthy relationships are the most valuable asset out there.
And it's hard not to agree about importance of communication. I've also learned that most issues people have with communication is quite simple and straight forward: we tend to send message and we expect others to receive it the way we understand that message.
I found it crutial to always ensure that our message is being well received and is understood. We always need to remember that what we're saying may be different from what others are hearing. Hope I'm making sense.

Absolutely true words. Everyone's way of life is different and their perceptions and pursuance levels are different so it's really important to make sure that we are not hurting somebody. In my opinion it's happen in most of the cases and people ignore it while thinking that they haven't done anything wrong.
But Channel and Way Of Communication is vital and it can make or break any relationships. Stay blessed brother.
