I called on a friend, yes.
I think the question can be a rather deep one, if we go beyond the obvious desire to get paid for what we produce.
For me, it's trying to make awesome people like you laugh and smile and if that backfires, I feel terrible.

This was just a bit of non obligational fun, but I also think it's worth considering when, at times like these when the price of Steem is so low, that there are reasons not to quit doing what we want here.

Like Ava says "If you aren't having fun, you're doing it wrong!".
And I need to bring more fun, laughter and joy on here like you do.

Sure of course! Happiness is infectious! It restores health! Gives a long life & more! For me even if Steem was worth only .01 I would still be here sharing my little family and our silly adventures. I really love my family. I love to have fun adventures with them. And to be honest this is exactly what I was up to before joining. I just was not sharing the fun with anyone but ourselves. To me Steemit is like a scrapbook of my life, or maybe even a diary.. but so much more than that.. because through Steemit I am virtually connected to others sharing their unique life experiences and I feel lucky to be able to share with them. Also think of Instragram, Twitter, Snapchat, and the many other social medias that people consume 24/7 and never get one cent for it. For me this is about the experience. And if I can ever go full time and share even more fun and cover my expenses while I do that! Well then even better! But I won't be holding my breath! hehe.. I guess I think of myself as one of those busker musicians with no hope of any fortune.. only singing because it is what I love to do. But in this case I do not sing, but instead I entertain :D And should anyone find value in it than I will consider myself quite flattered and very humbled as I had never expected anything of it. Talk soon Shaidon! Nice to hear from ya :D
