It's been discussed many times, though to be honest, I can't remember the results.
Maybe a split of the initial Steem tokens deposited into new accounts? Obviously a solid growth tactic.
Is there a place where we can give our opinion on this matter? Or make any other suggestions ?
well, theres content going back to last year discussing all sorts of things. Searching for it is the only way to find it specifically.
