In 2017 I got really tuned in to the amazing music coming out of the LA jazz scene. There are some great artists pushing the bounderies of jazz and skillfully blending it with hip hop, electronica, rock, and whatever else can be thrown in.

Bassist Miles Mosley is a founding member of the West Coast Get Down which is a collective of artists doing great things in LA and beyond. This video has him and WCGD member Tony Austin getting serious about his track "Abraham" which is off Mosley's debut CD on Verve Records called "Uprising". He is definitely a rising star that will be making some great music for years to come!
