Yet another healthy alternative to Soda. Kombucha is an ancient brew of fermented tea, originating in China some 200 plus years ago. The key ingredient to brew this tea is a scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) as the culture grows, it eats the sugars in the brew and ferments the tea. Adding lots of probiotics (good bacteria) to the brew. In a future video I’ll show you how to acquire your own scoby.
