What is ‘nice cream’ and why it’s so freaking AWESOME [recipe+photos]

Hey guys! Could you ever imagine there could be a cheap, easily made and 100% guilt-free ice-cream? Well, it actually exists. And you really need to try it even if you’re not actually into all of that vegan or gluten-free madness. It’s yummy, healthy and takes only 5 minutes to make. Plus the main recipe includes only 1 ingredient and it is dairy-free! Vegans and lactose intolerant guys, you’re welcome!

The recipe I’m sharing here is my favourite one. I make it literally every single day for breakfast. It’s low in calories but it really fills me up! So, here’s what you need for 2 servings (half it if you need just one):

  • 3-4 bananas, very ripe
  • 3 tsp of cocoa powder (I use the one that is low in fat but you may use whatever you like or use none if you don’t like chocolate taste)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla sugar or a bit of vanilla extract (again, it’s up to you)
  • about 1/4 cup of water or almond/soy/coconut milk

If you want to lose or maintain weight use this recipe as it is. I’ve lost almost 6kg this summer and I eat this every single day so no worries, this nice cream is a really NICE guy ;) If you’re not scared of adding some extra calories feel free to add peanut butter or nuts.

So, first you have to peel, chop and freeze those bananas. I always live them overnight so I can make my nice cream when I wake up. But it actually takes a few hours to be done.

Next, blend your chopped and frozen bananas with other ingredients for a minute or two. THAT’S IT. You’ve got your creamy, yummy and guilt-free nice cream. Use your favourite toppings and enjoy! <3
