500 gm mutton
2 sliced onion
black pepper as required
salt as required
3 tablespoon refined oil
water as required
How to make Roasted Mutton
Step 1

To begin with this delicious recipe, take a pan and start heating the oil in it. On the other hand, slice the onions and mutton pieces.
Step 2

Carefully, add the onion slices, salt and mutton slices to the pan. Deep fry the onion and mutton slices till they get golden brown in colour.
Step 3

You can add about 2 cups of water to the mix. Let the meat come to a boil. Add about a teaspoon pepper ( you can lessen the quantity if as per your taste) to the mix.
Step 4

Once boiled, turn down the flame and let the mixture simmer for a while.
Step 5
