The Best BBQ Ribs Ever!!!
It is Summer and it is definitely BBQ season! And there is nothing better to eat than a rack of delicious BBQ ribs, with a side of corn on the cob. Well people I have found literally the most delicious recipe ever created!
Now to make these little beauties, you will need to prepare before hand.
Start off by putting the rack in a cooking dish, and pour coke, (yes coke!) over until they are covered. You could half it with water but as I see it, you might as well go all out! You then place that into a preheated oven of 140 degrees, for fan oven, not sure the temp for other ovens, I am sorry. Cover the dish with foil and just leave it to cook for approx 2 to 3 hours, I left it for 2 just because I'm impatient.
After that as cooked take it out and let cool, and you may or may be as surprised as I was to find there was not sugar stuck to the bottom of the dish! So another bonus of easy cleaning as well as deliciousness :)
You would then want to make your sauce, for this I used:
8 tbsp - Ketchup
4 tbsp - Soy sauce
4 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
8 tbsp - Brown sugar
2 tbsp - Honey
2 tbsp - Lemon juice
You then want to heat that up in a pan all together and mix thoroughly. All you now need to do is cut your ribs into small serving portions, cover them with the marinade and put in the fridge for at least an hour or leave over night.
Then either cook in the over or BBQ for approx 20 to 25 mins, and enjoy!
