- Apples - 6 - 7 pcs.
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Egg (protein) - 7 pcs.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp..
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp
1. Washed apples to bake whole or cut into pieces. Then wipe them through a sieve. In the resulting applesauce, add sugar and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
2. Proteins are cool, beat well and combine with apple puree. The mixture is pre-entered dissolved gelatin, add lemon juice, all mixed thoroughly and put in a la carte dishes. Cool in refrigerator.
