Pâté with Ricotta Yogurt Light:

ingredients:

250 g of crushed ricotta;
1 single pot of nonfat plain yogurt;
1 tablespoon. (Coffee) light Salt;
1 handful of smell - chopped green.

Method of preparation:

Mix everything until a smooth paste and let chill before consuming.
