Muffin chocolate chip
Material:
400 grams of high protein flour
25 grams of chocolate powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 eggs yellow and 3 egg whites, shake off
250 ml of liquid milk

How to make:
Mix the flour, chocolate powder, and baking soda, mix well. Sift, set aside.
Beat the eggs until the white and yellow are well blended. Enter the liquid milk, powdered sugar, cold melted butter, and chocolate paste, mix well.
Mix the egg dough with a mixture of flour, mix well. Enter the chocolate chip, stir well again
Pour the dough into a cup cake until fully loaded, bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes until done. Then lift, and remove the muffin from the mold.
Tips:
Choose a chocolate chip that does not melt. so as not to disturb the texture of the dough when baked.
