黃布虾球PRAWN MEAT IN OPEN-FACED OMELETTE
材料 A:
250g虾球
1 小匙糖
1 小匙生抽
材料B:
4粒蛋
1/2 小匙盐
1/2 大匙生抽
少许麻油和胡椒粉
做法:
1,虾球加入糖和生抽拌匀,然后放进热油中泡熟,捞起。
2,蛋液加入调味料搅打均匀。
3,烧热2大匙油,倒入蛋液小火煎至半凝结,放入虾仁略煎一煎即可上碟享用

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp light soya sauce

4 eggs tsp salt
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
dash of sesame oil and pepper
**METHOD: **
Mix prawn meat with sugar and light soya sauce. Deep-fry in hot oil for a short while until just cooked Dish up.
Beat eggs with the remaining ingredients B until well-combined
Heat up 2 tbsp oil, pour in beaten eggs and pan-fry until half set. Arrange prawn meat on top of omelette and fry for a little while longer. Dish up and serve hot.
