in #recipe7 years ago (edited)

Welcome to visit my blog.

The dried fish fillet is popular and can be found at many local supermarkets and it is a well known snacks for people at many countries.

There are many brand of dried fish snacks, for example the Dahfa, Wanfa, Sanwa, Whale brand and etc...

All these kind of dried fish fillets are manufactured from dehydrated fish meat which is typically blended with spices using hygienic and sophisticated technology under strict quality control and baked into thin sheets. Some are packaged in shredded style and some in big sheet packaging.

It is not only tasty but also nutritious, because it is rich in protein, carbohydrate and calcium. It is a chewable and easy digestible snack which contains natural goodness for the whole family.

My family and I are snacks lover. We like to enjoy our snacks while watching television program. We also like to share the snacks with friends or neighbours.

Our relatives or friends will visit our home during Chinese New Year or on certain celebration day and holidays over the year, so we must ready some homemade snacks to serve them at home.

Today, I would like to show you a new pattern of yummy homemade snack recipe by using dried fish fillet. This snack is very easy to prepare.
