Golden Chicken Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Onions 2 medium size
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 4-6 cloves
Green Chillies 3-4
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chillies 4-6
Allspice Berries 4-6
Cardamoms 4-6
salt 1 tbsp
bay leaves, crushed star anise, cinnamon sticks, and fennel seeds
Chopped onions, chopped tomatoes
boiled potatoes
mace powder 1/2 tsp
boiled milk 2 cups
coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend into paste
    Onions 2 medium size
    Ginger 1 tsp
    Garlic 4-6 cloves
    Green Chillies 3-4

  1. Grind into powder
    Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
    Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp
    Dry Red Chillies 4-6
    Allspice Berries 4-6
    Cardamoms 4-6
  2. Add the paste to the chicken, salt 1 tbsp, spice powder 2 tsp, oil 1-2 tbsp. Marinate for 45 minutes or more
    4.In a skillet fry the bay leaves, crushed star anise, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves
  3. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes
  4. Add the chicken
  5. Add the masala paste, used to marinate the chicken.
  6. Add boiled potatoes
  7. Add mace powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Add boiled milk 2 cups
  9. COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 10-15 MINUTES
  10. When the chicken curry is almost ready add coriander leaves
  11. Chicken Curry is ready
  12. Turn off the heat

Serve with rice or roti.
