Tofu chicken meatball
Material:
250 grams of fresh cut chicken meat small
75 grams of sago / tapioca flour
1 egg whites

How to make:
Enter the meat, ice cubes and egg whites in a cooper or food processor, process until smooth, add sago powder, finely spiced, spring onion, salt and pepper powder, process back until soft and well blended, turn off cooper.
