RECIPE FOR 21ST CENTURY " BUBUR LAMBUK ".
Hello steemians & all newbies. Welcome to the New Malaysia. Today I am going to share about the 21st century version of " BUBUR LAMBUK".
This is my 21st century " Bubur Lambuk".
Is so easy to cook and prepare.
Okay let me share with you the ingredients and recipe for this " Bubur Lambuk ".
Ingredients :-
RICE
I am using this type of rice which is good for health. Is a herbal rice.
PEANUTS
Do you know that there are 2 types of peanut. There are peanut for making soup and congee. And there are also peanut mainly for frying.
VILLAGE CHICKEN MEAT + GIZZARD + LIVER
MUSHROOMS
TAUHU POK + BEANCURD SKIN
SEA SALT
This type of sea salt really enhance the taste of the congee.
Recipe :-
Soak the peanut overnight. This will help to soften the nuts.
The next morning boil the peanuts together with chicken legs and bones for 2 - 3 hrs. Make sure there is sufficient of
water inside the pot.After that add in the rest of the ingredients such as rice, chicken meat , gizzard, liver, mushrooms.
All these ingredients need to be slice into smaller pieces.
This is how it will look like after boiling the peanut for 2-3hrs.
Put all these ingredients into the ceramic slow cooker pot and cook for 40 mins.
Do remember to add sea salt.
After 40 minutes the congee is ever ready to be serve and straight into your belly lol.
SO DIE ! DIE! MUST COOK LOL..........
