Today I will share about fish, milkfish (ikan bandeng) by Aceh Traditional cooking. Let's star up :
Cleaning up the fish and cut like your wish, and then put some salt and lime
Prepare the spices and puree it all, they are chili, Cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, acidic acid

Prepare some onion, cayenne pepper, tomato, lime, salty soy sauce, soy sauce. This is for grilled fish.
