Delicious Stir-Fry Veggies with left over Roasted Chicken (Tastes AMAZING!)
So, I will share with you how my husband came up with this delicious dish from our left over roasted chicken last night.
You need
Shredded left over chicken
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 white onion (finely chopped)
1 carrot (thinly sliced)
1 cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
spring leaves and fried egg for toppings
in a hot pan, add oil, saute garlic and onion, add the chicken, then the carrots then the cabbage. Mix for 1 minute, Add the oyster and the soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir fry for 2 more minutes then YOU ARE DONE!
Put on your serving plate and garnish with spring onions and sunny side up egg!
