Would be replaced? Of course. You can create their own sports drinks at home using ingredients healthy. Here’s an example that could be your choice.

Isotonic. 200 milliliters of orange juice, 1 liter of water and a little salt (1 gram). Combine This third mixture and chill in the refrigerator.

Hypotonic. 100 milliliters of orange juice, 1 liter of water and 1 gram of salt. Combine all three ingredients and then chill.

Hypertonic. 400 milliliters of orange juice, 1 liter of water and 1 gram of salt. Combine the three components and then chill.
