Cocoa mugcake in LESS THAN ONE MINUTE

in #recipe7 years ago (edited)

This recipe was made by me that over the years I improved with each of my tricks. I hope you like it!
I assure you it will not take more than 10 minutes to make it.

Ingredients:

2 butter spoons
Sugar to taste and of your preference
3 tbsp of flour
Vanilla
1 whole egg
Pinch of salt
Cocoa powder (or the flavor you want, it can be grated lemon, choco in pieces, raisins, etc.)

Preparation:

In a bowl (a little larger than a cup of coffee) put the butter and melt it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then, we add the sugar of preference (I recommend three tbsp if you like things very sweet) and stir until the sugar starts to dissolve in the butter, and then add the tbsp of flour and the amount of cocoa powder that you want (the more you add, you will have an intense flavor -and tasty- of chocolate).

Once all homogenous, we proceed to throw an egg, the pinch of salt and the essence of vanilla.

Mix well and take it to the microwave for 58 seconds, if your microwave is very powerful. You prick it with a fork in the middle, and if it comes out dry because it's ready to eat.

In case at the minute in the microwave is not completely cooked, add to the timer 3 more seconds and you prick it again, and so you keep repeating until the fork comes out completely clean. The important thing is not to abuse the time in the microwave so your cake comes out soft and yummy.

Do not be alarmed if the pricking in the middle comes out dry and on the edges is a bit uncooked. Believe me, that part is the best.

In the whole process I like to stir with a fork, which helps me to eliminate lumps of powdered ingredients.

You can decorate with sugar glass, grated chocolate, pieces of fruit, etc.

Enjoy it and I hope you try it :)
