Steemit open source mirinda cheesecake :)

in #recipe8 years ago (edited)

Hello boys and girls,

I have always had great passion for making delicious cakes. I can spend hours searching for new recipes. Luckily most of them are online and open-source. :) I baked this cake couple of days ago, you can change little bits as long as the people like it.

Recipe:
6 medium eggs
120g sugar
100g flour
100 ml oil
5g baking powder
20g cocoa

6 medium egg whites (beaten)

Cream:
500 grams cottage cheese
250 grams icing sugar
200 grams butter

Topping:
2 tablespoons sugar
80g vanilla pudding
750 ml Mirinda fizzy drink

Stir the egg yolk with the sugar and add baking powder, flour, cacao and oil to it.

Add the beaten egg white and stair it gently.

You can also you baking paper and bake on 180C

For the cream stir the butter, icing powder and cottage cheese. Make sure the butter is soft enough. After its done you can spread on the top of the cool cake.

To get this jelly top all you need to do is to pour the fizzy drink in the pot, add the 2 tablespoon of sugar and 80g pudding. Cook the pudding until its like a Jelly.

I cooled the pot in cold water for abut 5 minutes before spread it on the top. Also I would suggest you put the cake in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing it.

And finally you can enjoy your mirinda cheescake!

I hope you will like it.

Thank you for reading. In the comment below you can upload a photo of your piece.

I will have to try this someday on cheat day haha. I will give you an extra upvote if you can send one in the mail. You did a great job describing all the necessary steps

Thank you! I like reading recipes where all the necessary steps are described just as here. I think even beginners can follow like that.

I am pretty sure I did some to :)
