Polvorosas dessert recipe

Ingredients:
-1 kg of flour
-1/2 kg of vegetable shortening
-1/4 kg of sugar
-Cinnamon to taste
-Glass sugar to decorate
Preparation:
First pass the flour, sugar and cinnamon powder over a sieve, then add to this mixture the softened butter and knead until a smooth dough. There are two ways to mold them, the first one extending the dough with a roller until it has a thickness of one cm. and cutting them with a glass or round cutter, the second one is making small balls and crushing them with the hand giving it rounded shape, like arepitas, place them on a tray and take them in the oven at 350 º until they are golden, let cool and sprinkle with Glass sugar serving.
