in #recipe3 years ago (edited)

Chicken breast cooked with sweet pepper and canned pineapple chunks and dressed in a sweet chili sauce is remarkably tasty and spicy to a turn. Cooking time 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
• chicken breast – 1,8 lb / 800 g
• 2 eggs
• wheat flour – 1 cup
• vegetable oil – ¼ oz / 50 ml
• red bell pepper – 12 oz / 350 g
• canned pineapple – 1 lb / 450 g
• sweet chili sauce – 1 cup / 250 ml
• skallion – 2 stalks

You will need:
• pan
• 2 bowls
• carving board
• plate

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. Cut the green onion, red pepper and canned pineapple into small pieces.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour then into the beaten eggs and flour again.
  4. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry the chicken by several parts for 2-3 minutes from each side over medium heat. If needed remove burnt oil with a paper towel.
  5. In the clean pan heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add the cut red bell pepper and pineapple and fry for about 6 minutes, occasionally stirring, until readiness.
  6. Add the fried chicken, chili sauce and fry for 1-2 minutes more over medium heat.
