BREAKFAST EGG SANDWICH || One-Pan CRISPY Egg Toast in 15 Min!

This recipe will always help when there is no time to cook a breakfast or need for a quick snack. Mouth-watering, hot egg toast, that you can fill with cheese, ham, chicken, favorite veggies or lettuce, will come to taste of adults and kids.

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• toast bread – 1 slice
• cheese – to taste
• ham – to taste
• butter – ⅓ oz / 10 g
• salt – ¼ tsp

You will need:
• deep bowl
• pan

Preparation:

  1. Halve the slices of bread, ham and cheese.
  2. Heat the pan over low heat, melt the butter, beat the eggs and salt and pour in.
  3. Dip the half of toast into the egg mixture on both sides.
  4. Dip the second half of bread. Place the toasts in the center of the pan 0,5 in / 1,5 cm from one another.
  5. As soon as the omelet is fried, flip it together with the toasts.
  6. Wrap the omelet edges on the toasts, lay the ham on one toast and cheese on another.
  7. Fold two toast parts carefully trying not to break the omelet, so with the ham and cheese in the middle of toast.
  8. Fry the egg toast over low heat on both sides until golden pressing lightly with a fork or spatula.
  9. Serve it hot right away.

  1. Choose any filling to taste for a toast – vegetables, lettuce leaves, sauces, chicken, etc.
