Delicious cake without eggs for people who for some reason can not consume it, especially for people who are allergic to eggs.

In my case I decided to do it because at the time I did not have eggs.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of wheat flour leavening
- 300 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of butter
- 500 ml of milk

- 200 ml vegetable oil
- One teaspoon of yeast
- One teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation
To prepare this interesting homemade cake you must first place in a container the vegetable oil, sugar, milk, butter, yeast and vanilla. Now it is necessary to beat with the blender until a homogeneous mass is formed, without lumps and with the ingredients well mixed with each other.

We must sift the flour well, to leave it without lumps and very fine, and we will be adding it to the previous mixture in several times, dividing it so as not to add it at once. As we put part of the flour we will beat it until it is well integrated with the other ingredients. Repeat the process until everything is perfectly mixed and without lumps, bearing in mind that this is the most important step in the preparation of the cake dough.

We must oil the mold in which the cake with butter will be prepared and then we will sprinkle some flour on top. Once done this if necessary, we will pour the dough that we have prepared to bake it then.

With the oven already preheated to 180ºC, we are going to put the mold to bake for about 40 minutes or so. Before removing it from the oven, always press the center of the oven with a knife or toothpick to check that it is well made inside. If it comes out clean it means that it is already in its cooking point, while if it comes out with dough from the inside, you have to let it bake a few more minutes, just enough for it to finish inside.

 Ready to taste I accompany it with a delicious strawberry jelly that my son loves.
