Ensalada de Quinoa con Mango. ^ Receta Vegana ^ Arturizz Blog
Desde hace muchos años se ha estado hablando mucho de las propiedades beneficiosas de la Quinoa,ademas de las de el mango que es una de las frutas mas abundante en la latino américa.
Algunas de esas benéficos de el mango pueden ser los siguientes: Contiene hierro,calcio,potasio,sodio,zinc,magnesio,vitamina A,vitamina B1 B2 B3 B5 B6 y Vitamina C , entre otras muchas mas propiedades.
Pero para no alargar el tema vamos por la receta de la ensalada.
Los ingredientes son estos:
1/2 taza de Quinao.
Un calabacin mediano.
1/2 Mango.
1 Aguacate.
Un puñado de espinacas.
1 Tomate medio grande.
Aceite de Oliva.
Medio limón.
Sal al gusto.
