When you see lots of rules, and you explain to do a very simple thing, that simple thing seems difficult. I really like what @chrisbarth said,
Just have knowledge about what you're reviewing......

I completely agree with that. If you have knowledge about something, you will find it very easy to talk about that. We all have some expertise. We can focus on that and share what we know about that particular topic.
Note that professional advice is also a product.
When we talk about the product, we might miss this that you just mentioned in the post. If you are good at something and know it very well, you can share your view and thoughts about that.

I completely agree with that. If you have knowledge about something, you will find it very easy to talk about that.That's the point, review what you know. When you're reviewing a product you've used, you won't see any of those guidelines as rules. But if you haven't used the product, you'll see them as rules.
