i see you doing several transfers from your account to others in the proceeding 24 hours ... they all cost RCs. You have 18SP.. those are enough to drop your RCs down dramatically at that level. You'll take about 5 days to recharge and then start keeping a closer look on what you are doing.

I just looked at your wallet. Why don't you power up and increase your SP? Doing so will increase your RCs as well.

    Transfer do not drop RC that much. I am aware of RC concepts and how it works and I even create post on them. https://steemit.com/resteem/@r1s2g3/rc-calculations-according-to-your-need-part-1
    It is my usual activity similar to every day. Approximately 10 transfer cost me more than 7M of RC, that is absurd.
    Look like Steemit again changed the RC costs of the operation. I think might be I got bugged in their implementation of the RC changes.

      some costs have been changed in the new update ... the cost of your transfers are not absurd.. they reflect the resource cost of your actions
      So, it's not a bug ... it means you need to manage what resources you have until you grow.
