Wow! That's a lot of milk! Congratulations on the new fridge. We're a two fridge family too. One for milk and one for everything else.
Lots and lots!
We're going to be stocking up on meat soon too, so we had to have another one :) good problems!

That’s too plenty! Here in Makati City, Philippines; it’s quite rare and are often sold out.
I have a question @nateonsteemit, I haven’t drink raw milk for a while and as for dairy such as cheese, it was last 2017, is there a chance I’d be lactose intolerant by now? I’m quite confuse, though I intend to buy kefir to help me in the mean time as I look for reliable raw milk suppliers from weekend markets.
I'm not sure at all about lactose intolerance. I know raw dairy has enzymes that help people process lactose though, so it's often tolerated by folks that are lactose intolerant.
I haven't had kefir yet, but was looking at cultures just today. I'll be trying it soon :)

You've been visited by @thistle-rock from Homesteaders Co-op.
How will you get all that used up before it goes bad? I love mason jars, btw!

This is for three families here. I do the pickup and packaging for our small milk co-op, so I get to show off ten gallons of milk in a fridge every week :)

We have 2 fridges in the house and 1 in the barn. One for us and one for milk and eggs. We started with a small dorm size fridge 12 years ago for the eggs, etc, and are now are on our 3rd fridge, full size, we got from Freecycle.
Nice! Wow, starting with a dorm fridge! We got this one for $40 from a family that's moving. Not free, but I can't see buying a factory new fridge.
