Today I will be writing my thoughts about the ever-evolving landscape of cryptocurrency, specifically meme coins; what I have noticed and my thoughts on the current psychology in the market.
Recently, meme coins have once again surged in popularity, often driven by social media trends and speculative METAs - usually endorsed by Celebrities in the last biggest META in the space. Most of them are just simply max extraction “hype” tokens which burn brightly and fizzle and die in a rapid motion.. In my opinion, this has had a negative effect on the space and has massively changed the psychology behind what the meme coin scene was a few years ago.. Back then, communities thrived, those teams who worked hard and were more successful in garnering community pumped massively and everyone involved was willing to hold in the belief of power in numbers and actually hitting “to the moon” market cap figures.
As I write this, I am currently getting myself nostalgic and honestly I am missing the old sentiment. If the scene continues down this road then it will do nothing but turn the whole section of the meme coin world into an instant “scratch and win” gambling scene.. So I started looking at things from a different perspective and seeing if there still are some genuine, hard working teams about.. and amidst this backdrop, I think I might have just found something..
