Lunch At Sra Bua Kiin Kiin, Hotel Kempinski Bangkok

I had seared scallops and my wife had grilled beefs for the first course. My dish was garnished with some dots of carrot-flavoured sauce and some garlic Thai sauce... The scallops met my expectation; I expected them to be golden brown and crispy outside but juicy and slightly raw inside

Perfectly seared scallops! I can only imagine how sweet and juicy those scallops are. Maybe @prch will stop in and let us know!

This Is What We Had For Dinner- One Pot Roast Beef & Veggies- Food Photos

It was quite a busy day today. We had a lot planned and got most tasks accomplished.
I wanted to get the beef roast in the oven a lot sooner... I was hungry and it was good. You can still see the steam coming off the plate...I just couldn't wait!

WHAT a delicious looking dinner! Can you almost smell the pot roast in the air? And look at those tender vegetables? I bet it's a mouth-watering meal!
