Did you know that avocado is a fruit?
It is! It is a fruit, since most fruits contain carbohydrates because of their high content of sugars. Avocado is rich in fat and they are healthy fats. It is rich in vitamins and minerals.
If you eat avocado regularly, you are consuming a very nutritious and healthy food.
GUACAMOLE.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
Small onion
Chili
Tomato
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Elaboration:
We chop into small pieces the tomato, onion and chili.
In a blender, add the avocado and blend.
We mix the avocado paste with the seasoning.
We add salt, pepper to taste and juice of half a lemon.
Ready the Guacamole.
