EMF Mind Control + Antifa + Qanon + How MKULTRA Works

So everyone is talking about these leaked mind control docs that were released from a fusion center in washington to Muckrock. It seems they are from an older website that was removed from the way back machine. Good thing Biblio saved them for us so we could see them. How it begs the question, did the Fusion center get them off the internet or was it something more? There is a long history of websites that were Anti-NWO and communism that has been told they are nuts for thinking this stuff is true. Yet the more you dig into patents and other things you can clearly see that's not the case. Even now we can see that not only machines can do this type of thing. Humans should have the same ability without the magic. Think about it.
