Putin spokesman Russia does not allow Russia to issue and distribute cryptocurrency

Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that since Russia has not yet passed legislation to determine the basic principles of using cryptocurrencies it is now not allowed to issue and distribute cryptocurrencies in Russia.
