You have shared enough knowledge about frozen shoulder it's causes, and types of frozen shoulder. But you didn't share number of stages, and it's phases. You need to add a bit more depth about frozen shoulder. I appreciate your effort.

In the second question, you tell us about the physical examination of frozen shoulder patient, medical history, laboratory test, injections for treatment and ask general history about patient. But it would be better if you add the 1 or 2 special tests like speed test, yergason test. You answer this question well. Good.

You try the cross body stretch, shoulder circles, and scapula retraction in a good way. It looks like you enjoy performing exercises especially shoulder circles. Remember always apply heating pad before performing these exercises. I appreciate your efforts.
