Self Hatred Brought To You By The Media.

As a child, I was programmed by media to view Jamie Lee Curtis as “Hollywood Royalty”. I understood that she was supposed to be so much the female ideal that they called her “the body”.

Since as a natural female, I wasn’t as hard and skinny and muscular as Jamie Lee Curtis, I thought there was something wrong with me and that I couldn’t ever possibly be beautiful.

THAT’S HOW THEY TURN US AGAINST OURSELVES.
