I am..

Latley I have been in a dark place as you know.. Struggling with my thoughts cause I belive that you recive what you put out there.. Or maybe I should say I have learned that you recive what you put out there.. So, then you have it going thinking negativly freacking out that I can’t gather my thoughts, right? Freaking out cause I’ve been freaking out and so on, ITS like a sircle!

I also struggle alot with who I am.. How I comunicate with other people.. Cause I know that I can say things that is not ok for everyone.. Sometimes I cant controll myself and then the beating up inside my head begins..

Kind of tiering..

Easy to fix you think, right? then please come with suggestions I tried them all.
And then I think it is more difficult cause I am a really self aware person! I know what I do wrong, I just cant always stop it.
