Day #1 How to keep going forward everyday - couching exercise
Hi everyone,
It's the first day of my challenge, so I decided to write about one exercise which I had done 4 years ago. At first I want to warn you because for some people it can be problematic to list everything, but you can always add something, so don't worry :)
What will you need:
- Notebook or sheet of paper
- Something to write
- Opened mind
- Time
If you have everything prepared please sit in a quite place where won't be any distractors and list everything what you always wanted to do. Add all things which comes to your mind even this smaller one like " I want to learn how to play one song on a guitar ". This list should have at least 100 diffrent desires.
IMPORTANT: Imagine yourself achiving it and feel it by every of your sense.
Some of you may say:
- Why so many?
- It's impossible to achive it!!
- Seriously?
For most of them exactly it could be impossible, but purpose of this exercise is to help you to find out your deep dreams and power you up with motivation to waking up everyday. I'm sure that some of them will definitly came true even if you will forgot about what you had write today.
