RE: How to Identify Paid Trolls and Anti-Activist Agents Online: Huge List of Tips Here.

in #psychology6 years ago

I find this list useful when I come up against the same old tired 'debates' in what should be lively activist groups.. I can usually see these tactics being used all around immediately. This list is long but I wouldn't call it white noise, if that's what you meant.

Sort:

On the one hand, I think it's interesting and true - but on the other, I think 99% of people would never read all that (including me - I just read the first third before saying yeah that's true - but this isn't going to change many people's reactions to this mind programming.

For some reason most people are not seeing this happening here on Steemit.

This is not what people look at. They look at this:

People that are easily distracted by cats and pastries (or either on their own) are not likely to be activists that are targeted for disruption.. So yes, most people will not read this, but then most people aren't going to need it so much as the minority who may actually read it. Everyone has different needs and priorities. I share this from time to time mostly for community admins and others who need it.

I sometimes think there are two worlds on Steemit - people like you and the remaining 99% of people on the internet - most of whom can barely cope with the idea that youtub is full on social programming, along with all TV, all films, all media, all news, most websites, and most of the alt news content - even on Steemit.

Their heads would explode!

That is fairly accurate. I actually already blocked someone today in an 'anarchist' group for being in total denial of the evidence of covert / remote influencing, mind control and so on. Even when I showed him a video demonstrating it clearly, he just skipped over that and continued trolling. It was actually partially in response to that that I posted this list to Steemit! ;)
