Great post here Caroline. Tension and stress are certainly a tough thing for people to tackle as most of us just don't slow down enough to even figure out what lower stress even feels like. I too, head to nature, for hiking in the mountains and its rejuvenating for sure. Relaxing, not necessarily, but certainly reducing the tensions of daily life and work. Thanks for the article!
