¨ I am definitely going to take a look at my time management ... As soon as I can work it into my schedule¨

Im a huge fan of getting organized BUT i do mostly end up more at a loss for time after the "getting organized"
It is our belief that we have control of our time more then the fact of having the control per say.
Many people as me, struggle with managing their time to get things done. -
planning fallacy—the underestimating OF how long it will take to finish the task

Also consider people can view time differently.
As me a -present-oriented person who like immediate, sensory experiences and find it hard to delay gratification to reach our goal. Managing time, is difficult, as we are easily distracted by things that we would rather be doing
A future-oriented person, are better at delaying gratification and planning to meet their goals, and they thrive on being in control. They do have a hard time being in the present...

You want to change what is going on in the world around you—you have to take control and change what is going on in the world inside you. Fortunately, this is the only part you have complete control of

If you are always on the go, your self-awareness will be at its lowest. Take time at the start and end of each day to assess your time style from the biggest picture possible

->Start controlling time from within; Approach those tasks, which stress you out with a calmer, focused mindset.
->When you allow things to slip off your task list, even that act is a decision.
->Do more, is doing less; maintain breathing spaces so you can recover and operate optimally more often. Before you start a new task
->Path of non-resistance: Being persistent, determined in getting things done. And letting other things go, or taking a different approach to it, when you meet strong resistance to completing a task.
Recognize when you are spinning your wheels and change course
->If you actually enjoy doing the task, you need to allow the time it takes do set task
->Peak performenses, you need a menthal break, so you there by can preform on top again, realize that taking regular mental and physical rests many times through your day constitutes the ability to be highly energized and motivated to be productive.
