Action programs
We all know how useful the to-do lists are. However, when it comes to working on several projects, we become discouraged and realize that they do not always work. The main problem is that the lists of cases do not indicate how to achieve the goal - it's just a list of tasks that need to be done. In addition, they can be cumbersome, which only increases the reluctance to get down to business. In such cases, action programs come to the rescue.
How to use action programs
1
Collection
Make a long list of problems in your personal and professional world that require permission. Try to collect and write down everything that, as you think, is not completed and requires action. Distribute all problems into categories:
Urgent or not urgent;
Large or small;
Personal or professional.
When your collection is ready, all subsequent problems fall into the list automatically and you can visually see them. Not everything can be written down on a sheet of paper, because a lot of questions get straight to your mailbox or come in the form of service notes, so learn how to organize this information.
It is important not to let projects rust in your head. Everything should be in its place and expect its time. Stress arises because problems and tasks that are in an active state, make you nervous when you do other things.
Make sure that your personal goals are displayed in the form of tasks and projects in your list.
2
Reduction
It's time to process your list of tasks and problems. Look at them carefully, determine if you need to take action to solve them.
Turning to experience, you are surprised to note that previously many problems were solved by themselves and did not have any value for you in the end. Learn to identify these problems and delete them from your list.
