Why do we make Change so Difficult for Ourselves and Each Other
It's easy to know that we want to change something, but there are so many things that hold us back. The people around us remind us how many times we've failed. We remind ourselves that we'd just fail again. It's too difficult, too this, too that. That little voice inside, telling us why we can't can be very loud, impossible to ignore. Here I share 2 different habits that I changed, and how.

I totally agree with you on the whole people who have created their own limitations and boundaries and then projecting them on to you in a sort of crap bucket mentality, it takes a lot of resistance to break past it and not everyone is that mentally strong. I know I've had to deal with my fair share of it.
You can change, you can break the routine, you can chase new things but each change will come with a certain amount of resistance
Very true. And that resistance is so often coming from ourselves (I don't feel like it! I'm not good enough. I'll just fail again)
